Virgin-a...Vahina

Alright. With "The Boomers" present at the "The Thunders", a night. for sure.
he's calling her "dear". he called her dear before but now it means much more. forever and a day.
Belly-Sab in the background.
a black turtlneck barely protrudes, indicative of a wondeful life ahead.
and of course the dog of all dogs. ever. po-n-tothe-d-e-Remage. p-diddy.

brewing another batcharino for brother.

Heffe...

4 oz. German Munich malt
1 oz. Crysal @ 3.8% AA - 60 minutes
6.6 Lbs Briess CBW Bavarian Wheat Malt Extract
7 oz. Wheat DME

Wyeast 3056- Bavarian wheat

It sounds delicious, doesn't it. Does it not?

Let's plan a little soiree that is as delicious as this beer - where people run naked and celebrate two former enemies coming together. NATO. UN. Whatever fucking body of "diplomacy" (and economic interest) that calls itself fair. Fuck all y'all. This beer is about peace.

Nuptial Brew Contines

Boston Marathon - check. Fantastic time. And I actually feel like running again this weekend.

Boston Bruins - went 7 games v Habs but lost decidedly in the final frame. Building year.

Brew session. Still cracking on the wedding brews so I had to fly solo with a little help from Mrs. Thunder. Nothing unique to report. This posting is all about business.
Same brew as before:

Brewed a Patriot Summer Ale/Bitter German Beverage.
.5 lb of wheat grain steeped for 45 minutes.
1.3 oz of Saaz hops for 60 minutes
Added 3.52 lbs of BierKeller's Unhopped Light Premium Malt for last 20 minutes
NO GRAINS OF PARADISE
1 tblspn of Irish Moss at 10 minutes
.33 oz of Van Guard for last 5 minutes
Safrale US-05 yeast (dry)
Initial reading (because I should put it on the labels) is 6.75.

April Showers Bring Bruins' Goal-less Loss

A bit bitter. Met up with some pesky Canadian fans in the North End on my way home from work. I was excited about the B's v Habs for game 4 of their first round playoffs here in Beantown. Series at 1-2 in favor of the freedom haters. I booed at the site of said pesky canucks and told them that the B's would prevail. I was wrong. I am bitter.

In the mean time, Doogie Posner once again graciously subbed in for Boomer, who had a rather important meeting tonight. Let's just say that Ms. Boomer will be excited about the agenda once all is revealed. And I do enjoy knowing what is about to transpire.

Anyhoo, it was fitting that I remain bitter. Doogie Posner helped bring this Bruins Brew to fruition, despite the loss. One high point was the Cuban sandwiches. Also, the Boston Marathon is 5 days away now. Craziness.

Brewed a Patriot Summer Ale/Bitter German Beverage for my bro's upcoming nuptials. Hopefully the Deutchlanders will approve come July 26, 2008.

.5 lb of wheat grain steeped for 45 minutes.
1.3 oz of Saaz hops for 60 minutes
Added 3.52 lbs of BierKeller's Unhopped Light Premium Malt for last 20 minutes
2 grams of "grains of paradise" at 15 minutes
1 tblspn of Irish Moss at 15 minutes
.33 oz of Van Guard for last 5 minutes
Safbrew S-33 yeast (dry)

Initial reading (because I should put it on the labels) is 6.5. REMEMBER TO TAKE ANOTHER READING!!!
